There's this secluded spot in Philly, near a sanitation plant, where a bunch of angry midgets built a colony of little shacks they live in so as to avoid us Normals.
It's all surrounded by cyclone fence and sheetmetal, with a main gate that has a doorbell placed suspiciously high.
If they catch you out there, they'll start to throw rocks and chunks of cement and just generally attempt to kill you.
